Raise a finance case
Log in to the Customer Success Portal.
Click My Account.
Click Bills & Payments.
Click Create Finance Case.
Select your query type.
Billing Query
Update Company Details,
Submit a remittance advice
Do something else.
Complete the details required, then click Create Case.
