Need help with invoices, payments, or direct debits? This article shows you how to contact our finance team and get support quickly.

Raise a finance case

  1. Log in to the Customer Success Portal.

  2. Click My Account.

  3. Click Bills & Payments.

  4. Click Create Finance Case.

  5. Select your query type.

    • Billing Query

    • Update Company Details,

    • Submit a remittance advice

    • Do something else.

  6. Complete the details required, then click Create Case.

⚠️Important: During peak times in June to August, response times may be delayed.
