Staff compliance can be a difficult thing to manage. Busy schedules can often have training left undone, which doesn't help your company or staff members.

Whilst your staff training compliance is going to be specific to you and your company, there are some common ideas that you can employ to help drive better compliance.

  • Dedicated time: Set aside a specific time each day for staff to focus on their training.

  • Training partner: Assign a colleague, they can contact for support or guidance.

  • Financial incentives: Offer rewards like a training bonus to motivate completion.

  • Discuss in meetings: Include training progress and its impact as a regular topic in team meetings or updates.
