Navigate your courses

In this article, we explain how to navigate through your courses.

Written by Donna Parker

To navigate through your courses, there are two primary styles of course layouts:

Left-to-right page navigation

These courses feature a horizontal layout where the navigation is oriented from left to right. Below are some of the main features and how to navigate them.

  • Start and Resume: Click Start to begin a course. Click Resume to continue where you left it.

  • Progress icon: Click this icon to display a list of modules or sections in the course. You can select any module or section up to where you previously left off.

  • Audio icon: Enable audio narration for the course.

  • Pencil icon: Allows learners to take short notes during the course.

  • Pin icon: Pin a page for easy return before completing the test.

  • Forward and Backward Arrows : These become active after the narrator finishes and allow navigation through the course.

  • Full Screen : Expands the course to fill the entire screen.

  • Translate: Translate the course content into your preferred language.

  • Accessibility: Changes the background color for easier reading.

  • Exit: Click this icon to save your progress and leave the course. This will return you to the main courses page.
