Use a recovery code to reset your password

Recovery codes allow you to reset your password if you haven't verified an email address on your account. Managers or admins can generate one for you.

To reset a password using a recovery code, follow these simple steps;

πŸ“ŒNote: Recovery codes are only valid for 24 hours. After this time, you'll need to obtain a new one.

  1. From the login page, click Trouble logging in.

  2. Click I have a recovery code, then enter the code.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. If you haven't previously verified your email address, you will be prompted to do so and will need to follow the steps that appear.

  5. You will be prompted to choose a new password. The password must be at least eight characters in length and include the following:

    • One uppercase letter: A-Z.

    • One lowercase letter: a-z.

    • One digit: 0-9.

    • One symbol: !@#$%^&*

  6. Click Submit.

  7. You can now sign in with your new credentials.
