Account recovery email or text not received

In this article, we explain what to do if you haven't received your recovery email or text.

Account recovery emails and texts help you regain access to your account. You can request a recovery email or text if you have verified your email or mobile number against your account. If you requested an email or text link but haven't received it, there are some things you can check;

  • Check your email junk folder.

  • Check the email or mobile number used is the one you registered your account with. If you are unsure which one you registered, you will need to contact your System Administrator or Line Manager who can check this for you.

  • If you haven't verified your email or mobile number you'll need to obtain a recovery code from your System Administrator or Line Manager to reset your password. Once you have reset your password you can then go ahead and add an email to your account.
