We’ve added email verification during first-time logins and password resets to improve security and simplify account recovery. However, if a shared email address was used, multiple accounts might have been linked together. This can prevent users from logging in properly.
The good news is, users can now unlink their accounts through the self-service option.
From the main console, click your initials in the top right corner.
Click Settings, then click Linked Accounts.
Select the account you want to unlink, then click Unlink.
