Add and verify an email address

In this article, we take you through how to add and verify an email address on your account.

Add and verify an email to make it easy to reset your password if you forget it. No need to ask your manager or admin for help. Just use the recovery link sent to your email and regain access quickly!


Follow the steps below to add and verify an email address on your account.

  1. From the platform, click your initials in the top right, then click Account.

  2. In the email box, type in your email address and click Submit.

  3. You'll receive an email, open it, and click Verify my email.

You'll be taken back to the platform and can see confirmation that you've verified your email address.


Didn't receive an email?

If you didn't receive the verification email, check the email address you entered and check your junk email folder. If you still require help, contact your system administrator or manager, who can help you with this.

Managers and Admins can check if an account has a verified email by following the steps below;

  1. From the platform, click your initials in the top right, then click Account.

  2. Click People.

  3. Find the user in the list and click on their name.

    • If there isn't an email address in view, this confirms the user hasn't verified an email. You can enter an email address for the user to send a verification email to them.

    • If a user hasn't verified an email, you can help them reset their password by generating a recovery code for them.
