If youโre having trouble signing in, follow these steps to quickly get back into your account. Start by confirming your username, then reset your password if needed.
Check your username
First, get your manager or system administrator to confirm your username. Managers and admins can check a username by referring to this help guide.
Reset your password
If you're still unable to sign in using the correct username, you'll need to reset your password. Watch this handy video guide or follow the steps below.

From the main login page or using our mobile app, click Trouble logging in?
Type in your email address or phone number, then click Confirm.
You'll be sent a recovery code.
Remember to check junk email folders if you entered your email address.
Type in the code, then click Submit.
You will be prompted to choose a new password. The password must be at least eight characters in length and include the following:
One uppercase letter: A-Z.
One lowercase letter: a-z.
One digit: 0-9.
One symbol: !@#$%^&*
Click Submit.
You can now sign in with your new password.
