Whether you’ve forgotten your username, need to check it, or want to confirm someone else’s, there are several ways to find this information depending on your access level.

Use the steps below to view, confirm, or change usernames in the platform or Admin Tool.

Forgotten username

If you’re unsure of your username and can’t log in, contact your manager or system administrator. They can confirm your username for you.

Check your username

As long as you can log in, you can check and edit your username in your account settings.

  1. Sign in to the platform.

  2. Click your initials in the top right corner.

  3. Under Username, you'll find your existing username.

Check an employee's username

As a system admin or manager, you can check the usernames of those you sit above in the hierarchy structure. Follow the steps below to do this.

People section

Great for managers and admins who don’t have Admin Tool access, this option lets you quickly check your staff's usernames.

  1. Sign in to the platform.

  2. Click your initials in the top right corner.

  3. Click People.

  4. Click on the name of the user.

  5. Under Username, you'll see their username.

Admin Tool

If you're an admin with Admin Tool access, you can also check usernames here.

  1. Sign in to the Admin Tool.

  2. Select Employees.

  3. Search for the user and click their name when it appears.

  4. Scroll down to the User Details box, and you'll see the username to the right. The username will only appear here if the user has signed in and been through security to set up their username and password.

  5. If there isn't a username, click View User Details on the left. You'll then see the username.
