Reset first-time password for a new user

In this article, we explain how to reset a new user's first time login details.

If a new user has misplaced or forgotten their first-time login credentials, you can check their username and reset their password using the Admin Tool.

  1. Sign in to the Admin Tool, then click Employees.

  2. Find the user and click on their name.

  3. Scroll down to User Details.

  4. Click Generate a new password, then click Yes.

  5. A new password will be provided, or you can enter one of your choice.

  6. Provide the user with the new password and their username, which you can find in the username box.
