Check user login activity to verify;
The correct platform URL is being used.
Users have the latest version of the mobile App.
A new user has signed in for the first time.
Login timestamps.

Sign in to the Admin Tool, then click Employees.
Locate the user and click on their name.
Click Activity, then click Login History.
