Use the Admin Tool to update a user's first name, surname, or display name. Follow the steps below to make the changes and ensure everything stays up to date across stats, reports, and certificates.
β οΈImportant: You'll need certain permissions to access the Admin Tool. If you need access, raise a new support case.
From the Admin Tool, click Employees.
Search the user's name, then click it.
Update the First name and Surname boxes as needed.
Scroll down and update the Display name box.
Click Save.
πNote: Allow 2 hours for changes to reflect on the stats, reports, and certificates.
