When creating a user account, you can set a start date to show when the user joined the company and an end date for when they leave.
Users will appear on compliance reports once their start date has passed. Start dates are also used in reporting rules to calculate when a training completion period begins.

Manage start dates
Sign in to the Admin Tool.
Select Employees.
Search the name of the user and click on it when it appears.
In the Start Date box, enter the required date.
Click Save.
Manage end dates
Sign in to the Admin Tool.
Select Employees.
Search the name of the user and click it when it appears.
In the End Date box, enter the required date.
Click Save.
