Remove a training record from a user's account

In this article, we explain how to deactivate a training record on a user's account.

You can do this via the platform or the Admin Tool. Once deactivated, the training record will no longer appear in reports or count towards compliance.

Platform

Once a training record is deactivated, it'll no longer contribute towards report percentages.

  1. Sign in to the platform.

  2. Click Stats.

  3. Click Descendants.

  4. Search for the learner and click on their name.

  5. Click Timeline.

  6. Click Training Records.

  7. Find the training record in the list and click the bin icon next to it.

πŸ“ŒTip: Allow 2 hours for changes to reflect on the stats and reports.

Admin Tool

Once a training record is deactivated, it'll no longer contribute towards report percentages.

  1. Sign in to the Admin Tool.

  2. Click Employees.

  3. Search for the learner and click on their name.

  4. Click Training.

  5. Click Training Records.

  6. Identify the training record in the list.

  7. Select the pencil icon next to the training record.

  8. Scroll down to the bottom of the training record box and untick the active button.

  9. Click Save.

Reset courses

If the training record is set up to mark an eLearning course complete, and you would like the user to complete the relevant course again, you will need to manually reset the course.
