Your company settings control whether failed courses reset automatically. If automatic resets are enabled, learners can reattempt the end-test assessment within minutes of failing. Once the set number of automatic resets is reached, a manager or administrator must manually reset the test.

Manual course reset
There may be instances where a learner needs to complete a course sooner than its scheduled re-opening. In this case, you can manually override the system and reset the course for them.
To manually reset a course, follow these simple steps.
⚠️Important: To manually reset a course, you’ll need access to the Admin tool.
Log in to the Admin tool.
Click Employees, then search for the learner.
Click their account, then click Products.
Click Courses, then find the course you’d like to reset.
To the right of the course, click the options icon, then click Reset Course.
Review to make sure correct, then click OK.
Reset completed courses in bulk
From time to time, you may need to reset a course for a large group of users outside of the automatic renewal periods you’ve already set up for your courses. Follow the steps below on how to do this.
⚠️Warning: Once actioned, a bulk reset cannot be reversed.
Sign in to Admin Tool.
Click Bulk Actions.
Click New Action.
In the Search box, type in the user group of the users you wish to remove the course from. If you need to create a user group, see this article on how to do this.
Click Next Step.
Select Product.
Select the Course Name, then click Next Step.
Select the Reset action.
If picking dates from a certain time frame in the past, click on the toggle icon next to Only action if completed within a certain time frame in the past, and select dates to and from.
Click Summary.
Review the Summary, then click Go.
Click OK.
