Sometimes you may need a learner to retake only the test section of a completed course, without resetting their entire progress. Follow the steps below for how to do this.
β οΈImportant: Only managers and system administrators with access to the Admin Tool can reset course tests. If you need access, raise a new support case to request this.
Log in to the Admin tool.
Click Employees.
Search the user and click on the user's name.
Click Products.
Click Courses.
Find the course to be reset.
Next to the course, click the options icon, then click Reset Test.
Click OK.
π€Tip: When the user goes back into the course, they need to click Resume to be taken to the test section.
