Your company's settings determine if failed courses are reset automatically. If automatic resets are in place, you can re-attempt the end-test assessments normally within a few minutes of failing a course. Each company has a set number of automatic resets, and after that, an administrator or manager has to reset the test manually.
๐คTip: If more than a few minutes have passed and your course still hasn't reset, try signing out and back in again to refresh your account.
System administrators can manage the number of automatic failed test resets by following this guide.
