There are several reasons why a course test may appear locked:

Course is complete

If the course has already been completed or marked as complete including with a manual training record, it may not be due for re-completion yet. A manager or system administrator can manually reset a course if necessary.

Failed course status

If the test was not passed and hasnโ€™t automatically reset, the course may appear locked. Please allow 15 minutes for the system to automatically reset the test. Alternatively, a manager or system administrator can reset the test manually.

All course elements must be completed

The test will only unlock once all course sections have been completed. Ensure that all interactive elements, such as images, numbers, letters, or other required tasks, are completed.

For more information on why a course may not show as complete, please refer to our article on course completion issues.
