There could be a few reasons why a course isn't showing complete and there are some things you can check.
Pass Marks
Did the learner get a pass mark at the end? If they did, they must get more than 70% to pass. Anything less is a fail and will need to be reset for them to try again.
System update time
You'll need to allow 2 hours from when the course was completed before it reflects in your stats. This guide will show you how to check this in your stats.
Partly completed end-test
The learner may have skipped some or all of the test questions. They can check this when they navigate to the end test.
Failed course with locked end test
The test section will appear as locked until it's reset. It'll automatically reset if your company has this function set up, if not a manager or system administrator will need to reset it.
If you're a manager or system administrator this guide will show you how to reset a failed course.
Is the course a SCORM format course?
Our system uses different formats to present courses to you. You can spot a SCORM course because they have Save & Exit buttons in the top right corner. On computers and laptops, SCORM courses will look like the format below. App users have a similar, but more condensed view.
How to Complete a SCORM Course
To ensure your assessment results are saved, make sure to click Save & Exit at the end of the course. If this step isn’t done, your progress won’t register. Also, remember to close any browser tabs related to the course in the eLearning app.
Once saved correctly, your course status will show as completed if you passed or not started if you failed and need to re-attempt it.
Need more help?
If your course is still not saving after following these steps, please reach out to your admin or manager for further support. They can raise a support case if needed.
