Stats give you a detailed view of your staff's overall training progress and a comprehensive look at their learning journeys. You'll see completed courses and detailed insights, as well as an oversight of training records added to reflect training completed outside of the eLearning platform.

To view your staff's stats and training timelines, you'll need to be set to oversee them in the hierarchy structure. This is normally an automatic placement if you are a manager or administrator.

⚠️Important: To view your staff’s stats and training timelines, you must be set to oversee them in the hierarchy. If you’re a manager or administrator, this is usually set automatically.
