If your e-Competency course isn’t showing as complete, there could be a few reasons why.

Pass criteria

To pass an e-Competency course, you must achieve:

  • an overall score of at least 70%, and

  • a score of 70% or higher in each section listed on the results page.

If any section shows a score below 70%, you’ll need to retake that section.

System update time

If your scores meet the criteria, allow up to two hours for the stats and reports to update.

Saving course progress

To ensure your results are saved:

  • Click Save & Exit at the end of the course.

  • Close any browser tabs related to the course in the eLearning app.

If saved correctly, your course status will update to:

  • Completed if you passed, or

  • Not started if you failed and need to reattempt.
