Before you start the course

Turn off pop-up blockers: Some modules use pop-ups to display content or quiz questions.
The course
Take notes: Write down key points or use screenshots to remember important information.
Engage with the material: Watch all videos and click every interactive element to ensure full completion.
If you need to come back at any time, don't forget to click Save and Exit to save your progress.
Prepare for the assessment
Review the course summary or key sections: Most courses include a summary or key takeaways at the end, don’t skip them!
Revisit tricky areas: If something didn’t quite make sense, go back and review that section.
Don't rush: Take your time to read each question during the assessment.
Take the end assessment
Read each question carefully: Look out for keywords like always, never, or most correct.

Troubleshoot common issues
Course won’t mark as complete? Make sure you've viewed all sections and completed all interactions.
Assessment didn’t save? Stay connected and avoid refreshing the page during the quiz.
Score not showing? Wait a few minutes, then refresh the page. If it still doesn’t show, contact your manager.
Final tips
