Frozen or stuck e-Competency course

In this article, we explain what to do if you're stuck in an e-Competency course.

Our eCompetency courses require you to navigate the course through rooms or houses that can be entered by clicking on them.

Important navigation guidelines:

  • Complete before exiting: If you leave a room or house without finishing it, you will lose access to it permanently.

  • Score impact: You must then achieve high enough scores in the remaining rooms to successfully pass the course.

  • Return Safely: Always return to the Control Room or Main Page before exiting the course. This ensures your progress is saved properly.

  • Partial Exits: You can exit the course partway through from the control room main page. Doing so will not cause the course to freeze or become unresponsive.


Need more help?

If the course becomes frozen or stuck, a manager or system administrator with Admin Tool access will need to remove the course, and then re-add it can be re-attempted.
