The allocation of courses can be tailored to your specific needs. Choose between automatic allocation, which leverages role-based systems, and manual allocation, offering precise control over individual assignments.

Automated course allocation

Courses can be automatically assigned based on learners’ roles and site locations. Check out this handy help guide to set up or manage automatic allocations.

Manually assign a course

Check with your Learning & Development team or head office before manually adding courses, especially if it’s a new assignment or not part of your existing automatic allocations.

⚠️Important: Make sure you have permission to allocate courses. If you don’t, ask one of your system administrators to raise a support case to request access.

  1. Log in to the admin tool.

  2. Click Employees, then search for the user.

  3. Click on the user's name.

  4. Click Product.

  5. Click Courses, then click Add Products.

  6. Select the course you want to add, then click OK.

🤓Tip: If you can't find the course you want to allocate, try clicking on the drop-down box next to Course Order IDs at the top of the page and select a different order number. If it's a new course, you'll need to raise a new case so we can add this to your course pick list.

Configure your reports

When you allocate a course, it won’t automatically show in your reports unless it’s already built into the report configurations for the assigned job role or site. Use this help guide to check your report settings and update them if needed.
