There may be an occasion where you don't need an eLearning course to be completed by a user. There are some options available for you when this happens.

  • Add a training record to the user's account: This option is recommended, and if course stamping is set up, the training record you add will mark the course complete.

  • Manually mark a course complete: A certificate won't be generated, and no training record will be applied to the learner's account.

  • Remove the course from the course allocation rules: You could also consider whether the course needs to be removed from the existing course allocation rules. This would mean removing it for anyone with a certain job role or site.

To manually mark a course complete, follow the steps below;

⚠️Warning: A certificate won't be generated, and no training record will be applied to the learner's account.

  1. Log in to Admin Tool.

  2. Click Employees.

  3. Search for the user and click on their name.

  4. Click Products.

  5. Click Courses.

  6. Locate the course and click the toggle icon next to it.

  7. Click Mark Complete.

  8. Enter the date of completion and click Save.

πŸ“ŒNote: Allow 2 hours for a new course status to sync on your stats and reports.
