We've designed our eLearning system to give you the freedom and flexibility to make changes to reflect your company's training needs. The Admin Tool allows easy access to make these amendments.

Disable automatic course allocation

If a course is set to allocate automatically, make sure you first disable automatic allocation before you remove it. This prevents the system from reassigning the course after you’ve removed it.

Remove courses

Once you’ve disabled automatic allocation, you’re ready to remove the course from user accounts.

Bulk remove courses

Once you’ve disabled automatic allocation, you’re ready to remove the course from user accounts.

  1. Sign in to the Admin Tool.

  2. Click Bulk Actions, then select New Action.

  3. In the search box, type the user group of the users you want to update.

  4. Review the selected users. When you’re happy with the list, click Next Step.

  5. Click Product, then select the course name and click Next Step.

  6. Choose the action to remove the course, then click Summary.

  7. Review the summary carefully, then click Go.

  8. Confirm by clicking OK.

Individual Course Removal

If you only need to remove a course from a small number of users, follow these steps. This is ideal when a bulk removal isn’t necessary.

  1. Sign in to the Admin Tool.

  2. Click Employees.

  3. Find the learner and click their name to open their account details.

  4. Go to Products, then select Courses.

  5. Locate the course in the list and click the toggle icon next to it.

  6. Choose Remove Course or Reset and Remove.

🤓Tip: If the course has previously been completed, a message will pop up to tell you. In this instance, click Mark Complete and then click Reset and Remove.

Amend report configurations

If you’ve made changes to course allocations, you may need to update your report configurations to keep them accurate. Follow the steps in this article to make the updates.
