Remove courses in bulk

In this article, we explain how to remove a course from multiple users.

Before bulk removing courses, you will need to make sure any auto-course allocations are removed first. Once this is done, you can then proceed to remove courses as required without them being auto-allocated again. See this article on how to update course allocations

1. Go to Admin Tool.
3. Click Bulk Actions.
4. Click New Action.
5. In the Search box, type in the user group of the users you wish to remove the course from. If you need to create a user group, see this article on how to do this.
6. Once you are happy with the users it has selected, click Next Step.
7. Click Product.
8. Select the Course Name and click Next Step.
9. Select the action you require.
10. Click Summary.
11. Review the Summary, then once you are happy click Go.
12. Click OK.


Remove the course from compliance reports

If you no longer require the course to be reported on, you'll need to remove it from the reports. See this guide on how to do this.
