Keeping track of completed courses is important for effective training management. This article explains how to link a training record to a course so that the course is automatically marked as complete when a training record is added to a userโs account. This helps save time, reduces manual work, and ensures training records stay accurate.
Set up a link
From the Admin Tool, click Config.
Click Training Record.
Find the training record, then click on the link icon next to it
In the search box, type in the eLearning course name and select it when it appears.
Click Link.
Will the new link work with existing training records?
Only newly added training records will trigger a course completion status, leaving existing records unchanged. This ensures that future data is accurately tracked, while previously added records remain unaffected. If you do need past training records to mark a course complete, you'll need to add a new training record to the user's account.
