Record previously completed eLFY training for a new employee

In this article, we explain how to record completed eLfy training for new employees who completed courses with a previous employer.

If your new employee completed eLearning For You courses with a previous employer, you can manually record those courses as completed. Follow the steps below:

  1. Ask your employee to provide their course completion certificates from their previous employer. It’s up to the previous employer whether they provide these certificates.

  2. Once received, add this training to their account by following the guide on how to add a training record.
