If you’re having issues with your courses not loading or getting stuck, there are some things you can try to get up and running again.
Connectivity
Check your connection is strong, and that you're connected to Wi-Fi with a good connection for the best experience. Disruptions in your connection will affect how well the courses load and save.
Ensure you have the latest version of the mobile app
If you are using a mobile device, make sure you're using the most up-to-date version of our app from the app store. This guide will help make sure you are accessing our eLearning in the best way.
Course Interactivity
If you’re using the mobile app, you’ll have a better experience if you turn your phone on its side before launching any course. We also have a handy guide if you're stuck on a course or test page which may also help you navigate your way forward on a course.
Close browser tabs and clear your browsing history
Close open browser tabs or other apps you have open in the background of your device. You could also clear your browser history and cache, our handy article takes you through the process step by step.
Reset course
If a course is blank when launched, you'll need to get your manager to remove the course from your account and re-add it again.
