If a course or test page is stuck or not loading, try the following tips to move past it and continue your learning.


Try these helpful tips:

  • Make sure you have clicked all required images, numbers, letters, or other interactive elements. These actions often unlock the next steps in the course.

  • Follow any specific instructions provided within the course carefully. Some sections may require dragging and dropping items or text to proceed.

  • If the above steps don’t work, try refreshing the page or closing and reopening the course. This can resolve temporary glitches.

  • Confirm you are using a compatible web browser (Google Chrome) or our mobile app (ELFY) and that it’s up to date. Older versions may not support all interactive features.

  • Check your internet connection. If you’re on a mobile device, ensure you have a strong Wi-Fi signal.
