If a course assessment page freezes after a learner fails it, the course needs to be removed and re-added to their account.
⚠️Important: You'll need access to the Admin Tool to add and remove courses. If you need access, raise a new support case to request this.
Remove course
Start by removing the frozen course from the learner’s account.
Sign in to the Admin Tool.
Click Employees.
Find the learner and click their name.
Click Products.
Click Courses.
Find the course in the list and click the toggle icon next to it.
Click either Reset and Remove or Remove whichever is available.
Re-add the course
Once the course has been removed, reassign it to the learner.
Click Products.
Click Courses.
Click Add product.
Tick the box next to the course, then click OK at the bottom.
