SCORM courses explained

Our system supports multiple course formats, and SCORM is one of them. You can spot a SCORM course by:

  • The Save & Exit button in the top-right corner.

  • Content that requires scrolling to navigate.

On desktops and laptops, SCORM courses appear as shown below. If you’re using the app, you’ll see a more condensed layout.

Make sure your course results register

  • Click Save & Exit at the end of the course. If you skip this step, the system won’t record your progress.

  • Close any open browser tabs related to the course if you’re using the eLearning app.

When saved correctly, the course status will show as complete once you pass.

⚠️Warning: If the steps above aren't followed and you lose your course progress, you'll need to recomplete the course.
