There are a couple of different reasons why a course may have reopened.

Course Renewal Periods

Some courses have a set renewal period, which automatically triggers the course to reopen after a certain time for learners to complete it again and refresh their knowledge. The renewal periods are determined by your company, and if changes are needed, they can be made by someone with the appropriate access

Manual Course Resets

In some cases, due to workplace requirements or errors, a staff member may need to retake a specific course. This may involve manually resetting the course for re-completion.

πŸ“ŒWarning: Once a course is reset, the previous certificate cannot be retrieved.

Course reset in error?

If you believe a course has been incorrectly reset, the learner will either need to complete the course again, or you can add a training record to their account to reflect the original completion dates.
