Your company sets up and determines course renewal periods to ensure courses automatically reopen for you, refresh your knowledge, and keep you competent and compliant.
Renewal notifications
Courses usually reopen 4 weeks before the due date. You'll receive a message in your platform inbox, see a notification under the notification bell, or get an app notification if you've enabled them. Once the course opens, the status changes from Complete to Not Started, ready for you to complete again.
When a course hasn't reopened
Speak to your manager if you believe a course should reopen but hasn't. Your manager can check the renewal period set up for the course.
