Course renewal periods are set up and determined by your company to make sure courses automatically reopen for you, to refresh your knowledge, and keep you competent and compliant.

Renewal notifications

A course will usually re-open 4 weeks before the course due date, and you'll get a message in the platform inbox, a notification under the notification bell, or an app notification if you have them enabled.

Once the course opens, the status will change from Complete to Not Started, ready for you to complete again.

Course not reopened?

If you believe a course is due to be re-completed but hasn't reopened, you'll need to speak to your manager, who can check the renewal period that's set up for the course.
