New item disappeared from the news feed

In this article, we explain why news items no long appear in a news feed and what you can do to to fix this.

Anyone with Admin or Company Admin permissions granted on their account will have access to delete and expire news items.

There is a bin icon next to a news item and if pressed, it will delete the item for all other users, not just the person pressing that icon. Once the news item is deleted, it will no longer be available to view and will show in the editor as expired.

Re-activate a news item

To re-activate a news item, follow the steps below;

  1. Sign in to the platform.

  2. Click News.

  3. Click the cog icon.

  4. Find the article in the list view or search for the title using the search box.

  5. Click on the three dots next to the title, then click Edit

  6. Edit the article if required, and click Next.

  7. Click Save changes.
