The Insights reporting suite menu is made up of a list of reports that can be customised to restrict who has access to which report. To enable access to a certain report, follow the steps below.
Sign in to the Admin Tool.
Click Insights.
Click Dashboards.
Click on the report you want to create permissions for.
Click the badge icon
Click on the drop-down box Permission for and make your selection.
In the permission value box, type in the user's name, job role, or site name depending on which option you picked under Permissions for.
To add multiple selections, click Add Permission and repeat step 6 and 7.
Click Add.
Click Save.
