Unable to access account settings on the platform

If you are trying to access your account settings area on the platform, but are met with the message shown below, you are likely accessing the platform via a saved or favorited URL that is corrupted. This is likely due to a corrupted saved or favorited URL.

Delete the saved or favorited URL

To overcome this, follow the steps below;

  1. Manually type the platform’s URL into your browser’s address bar:

    • If your company uses a branded version of the site type that in. If you're unsure of it, check with your system administrator for the correct URL.

  2. Once the site loads properly, you can now save or bookmark the new URL.

You should now be able to access the full account settings as normal.
