If you see a red or green error message after adding a new user with the Create User Form, it means their account may not have saved correctly. This guide shows you what to do and how to report the issue without creating duplicate accounts.

⚠️Warning: Don't attempt to create the account again, as duplicate accounts may be made.

Raise a new support case and provide us with the following information so we can investigate the error.

  1. The user's name.

  2. Their job position.

  3. Their site location

  4. The error message.
