You can directly assign, reassign, and modify appraisals for your team. This guide walks you through key tasks: assigning appraisals, changing the responsible manager, and modifying existing appraisal allocations.
Change the manager of an appraisal
You can reassign a different manager for any appraisal already in progress.
Sign in to the platform.
Click Appraisals.
Click Manage Appraisals.
Click the 3 dots next to the appraisal, then click Assignments.
Type in the manager's name, and select it when it appears.
Click Save Changes.
Modify existing allocations
Make adjustments to appraisal assignments using the Appraisal editor.
Click Manage Appraisals and select the relevant appraisal.
Click Assignments.
Click the 3 dots next to the allocation you want to modify.
Choose from the following options:
Who can see this – Change visibility for users.
Active – Deactivate the allocation if needed.
Edit Status – Update progress status.
Edit Manager – Reassign a different manager.
Archive and Reallocate – Archive the current form and issue a fresh one.
Remove Assignment – Permanently delete submitted data from both employees and managers.
