An underlying hierarchy structure determines the staff you see in your stats and reports. The hierarchy is like a family tree, usually with those at the top having the most oversight. As the levels in the hierarchy descend, those who manage certain sites or users will have access to them.
View your descendants in the hierarchy
The console hierarchy view is a great tool for ensuring staff are in the correct place in the hierarchy. View the hierarchy using the steps below.
⚠️Important: You won't be able to see anyone on the same level as you or above you in the hierarchy, only those set below you.
Sign in to the platform.
Click Stats.
Click Employees.
Click on the name next to yours so the user below you in the hierarchy appears.
Click on each descendant to reveal the hierarchy until you can no longer do so. This will be the furthest point you can see your descendants.
