Each report column has a result type that determines how training data is displayed in the report. Choosing the right result type ensures your reports show the most relevant information for your needs.

Result Types

Below is an overview of the available result types, their purpose, and how they affect the data presented.

CareBankReportStatus

Displays the training due date, whether it’s within the completion period or if it’s overdue. It also includes percentages for all users with a role assigned to their account.

CareReportStatus

Similar to CareBankReportStatus but omits percentages for users with a role assigned to their account.

CareReportStatusWithCompleteDate

Shows the date the training was completed. This displays the completion date rather than the next due date, regardless of renewal periods.

CareRoleReportStatus

Displays training due dates and statuses, but excludes users with a role assigned to their account.

AnalyticalStatus

Designed for eCompetency course columns.

  • Tracks the number of days since a user’s last failed attempt.

  • If a user fails an eCompetency course three times, they must wait two weeks before retaking it. This result type counts down the waiting period, helping you monitor when a course can be reset for another attempt.
