Course Levels

Our courses provide content at level 2. However, in cases where a course is available in both level 1 and level 2, we will include the specific level in the course title.

Learning objectives

We build our eLearning courses by first setting clear, online-friendly learning objectives. Since these courses don’t include hands-on practice, we focus on knowledge that can be assessed digitally. We avoid level 3 objectives, like demonstrate, understand, and describe, because they require autonomy and decision-making that go beyond the scope of online assessment.

To determine the learning objectives, we refer to the industry standards to help identify what learners need to learn using the following links:

Our courses are structured around the learning outcomes stipulated in the Care Certificate and then supplemented using professional qualifications and diplomas available in our sector as listed above.
