Send notifications to users

In this article, we explain how to send platform notifications to users.

Notifications can help ensure important information is shared quickly and effectively with your staff. Send real-time alerts to keep employees updated with changes and important news.

⚠️Important: You'll need access to the Admin Tool with certain permissions to send notifications to staff. If you need permissions, raise a new case to request this.

  1. Sign in to the Admin Tool.

  2. Click Notifications, then click Send a notification.

  3. Click Send new, then select individuals or a user group.

  4. Click Next Step.

  5. Add a title and write your message.

  6. Click Next step.

  7. Click Send, then click OK to confirm.

The notification will appear in the activity bell when your team next logs in. If they have the eLearning For You mobile app and have enabled push notifications, they'll also receive a push notification.
