Our notifications management tool is a great way to manage your communication channels for the notifications users receive in each area of the platform. This includes turning on notifications for your events.
Configure notifications
โ ๏ธImportant: You'll need access to the Admin Tool to manage notifications. To request access, raise a new support case.
Sign in to the Admin Tool.
Click Notifications.
Click Preferences.
Scroll down to Events.
Use the toggle icon next to each option to turn the notification on or off.
Scroll down to the bottom and click Save.
Preferences explained
Feed: Receives a notification under the bell icon or in messages on the main platform.
Email: Receives an email if users have one entered in their account details.
Mobile: Receives a push notification on the App.
Padlock icon
Next to each preference is a padlock symbol . This icon determines whether users can select their own preference settings. Turn the padlock on to stop users from setting their own preferences, or turn it off so they can set their own preferences.
๐Note: Notifications will be locked for users by default to allow for the company's preferences first or until the padlock is unlocked.
