Transfers and updates to our systems can take up to 72 hours to complete, whether that’s adding a new member or staff, or disabling a leaver.
When new staff don't appear or existing staff updates don't show after importing data, you'll need to wait for the import to complete, which can take up to 72 hours.
Staff still aren't updating after 72 hours
Check with your HR team to confirm they've added or removed the staff member on your system.
If they have, raise a new case online and include the information below;
Full name of the user
Job role
Staff or payroll number
Start or end date
