If your reports aren't displaying correctly, consider these quick checks:
Recent Updates
Reports take about 2 hours to update after a training record is added or a course is completed. If it's been longer, check the last updated time in Reports (top left corner). Anything after that time won't show until the next sync.
Percentage Mismatches
If percentages differ across reports, some learners might not be in the hierarchy. Check the compliance report for any missing learners and add them to the hierarchy.
What next?
If more than two hours have passed and the report sync isn't delayed, please raise a support case for further investigation. Provide the following details:
Report Type and Name: Specify the report type and its name.
Column/Course Title: Indicate the name of the report column or course title.
Learners' Names: List the names of the affected learners.
Sites: Mention the relevant site(s).
Issue/Query: Describe the issue or query you are experiencing.
Expected Outcome: Explain what the report should display or how it should appear.
