Stats and compliance report percentages are different

In this article, we explain the reasons why stats and compliance reports may show different percentages.

The stats percentage only counts the eLearning courses assigned to each learner. Whereas the compliance report percentage comes from all the columns in that report.

For example, a Mandatory Report might include both Mandatory eLearning courses and Face-to-Face training. Both types are included in the report’s overall percentage.

If a learner is new, they get some extra time to finish their training, both eLearning and Face-to-Face. During this grace period (usually 28 days), the report will show 100% so it doesn’t lower the overall percentages. After this time, the report will show the real progress.

If you see any percentage that doesn’t seem right, please open a new case so we can check it.
