Run a Training record report

In this article, we take you through the steps to run a training record report and download it.

The Training Records report allows you to oversee which users have active training records on their accounts. It shows when training was completed and can be filtered by site, job role, and course.

Run a training record report

  1. Sign in to the eLearning for you platform

  2. Click on Reports.

  3. Click Elfy Reports.

  4. Scroll down the menu and click Training Records.

  5. Decide which filters you would like to use, then make your selections in Sites, Positions, and Training records, and click Submit.

The report will automatically bring up completed training dates from the last 12 months. If you need to make a custom selection follow the steps below;

  1. Click the calendar icon in the top right corner.

  2. Click Custom range.

  3. Select the start date from the left-side calendar.

  4. Select the end date from the right-side calendar.

  5. Click Apply.

  6. Apply the required filters and click submit.


Download a report

  1. Click on the three lines and three dots icon

  2. Choose full screen, PNG, xlsx, or CSV file type to download the data.
