If you’re unable to download certificates, or your bulk certificate download is stuck or failing, follow the steps below.
Allow 72 hours for downloads In Progress to process and move to Complete.
If the download shows as Failed, you will need to start the download again. Don’t worry, you won’t lose any certificates from a failed attempt. Any new download request will still include certificates dating back to your last successful download.
If the download fails more than three times or doesn’t complete after 72 hours, this likely means the request is too large to process. In this case, we recommend using one of our reporting options to gather the certificate completion data instead.
Alternative Reporting Options
For broader reporting needs, such as seeing who completed a course and when, we recommend using the Company Summary Report. This report:
Shows which courses have been completed.
Can be filtered by date, site, and job roles.
Loads in seconds for quick access to completion data.
